Toys "R" Us is returning to Shasta County

Four years after closing its longtime store on Hilltop Drive in Redding, the toy retailer will open a seasonal store called Toys "R" Us Express in the Shasta Outlets in Anderson, shopping center spokeswoman Linda Austin said Friday. The store will be in business from October through mid-January.
